With the help of good friend Amy, we assemble the "master plan" in which I drive out to Casa (fly-in community west of Chicago)after work and meet up with 5 others and 2 airplanes to fly down to Lewis (LOT). Stealthily, Amy arranged for Rick to pick-up Shannon at Dupage (DPA) after work in a 3rd airplane and without Shannon knowing anything is going on. Here I start capturing the event as we get ready to depart Casa.

On final

Upon our arrival, we find Amy and John there along with Rick and Shannon who came in from DPA in the RV-4. Shannon is suspicious since Rick told him the surprise was "dinner in Joliet". Nobody goes to Joliet for dinner!

After a short walk from the ramp, we turn the corner where Shannon sees the magnificent steed parked readily in front of her stable. Moonbeam McSwine!
