This is Dad's genius at work. Simple, and yet we could swing on this assembly all day long and it wouldn't move. VERY sturdy.

Drilling the pilot hole for the eventual drilling of the conduit hole.

To get the pilot hole in the same spot on each rib, we drilled holes and screwed the rid down to a board using the tooling holes. Then for every rib after that we simple screw it down and then drill the pilot hole using the board as a guide.
