Here we are heading up towards Arrowrock Reservoir

At this point we think we're in the flying mecca of the world. The air was smooth (despite the forecast winds) and the visibilty gave all new meaning to the term, "clear and a million".

"Pictures speak a thousand words", as they say. The next several pictures are but tiny brushstrokes of a magnificent mural. I wish I could have captured it all. Even more amazing was the nastalia we felt flying through this majestic wilderness in the 180.
